Graucelsius has a Quality Management System implemented. This System was accredited by the Bureau Veritas and based on ISO 9001:2008.
QUALITY POLICY
Graucelsius- Engineering, Management and Planning Ltd. Established its Vision, Mission and Values in such a manner to consolidate and reinforce its organisational ethic, making it a reference point in terms of quality and performance. In this way the following points are defined as our guidelines as a working level for Quality:
- Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions, identifying their needs and expectations, continuously adapting the offer of products and services;
- Encourage the valuation of all its employees, providing the appropriate training in order to develop skills, stimulate initiative and promote internal motivation and improvement of performance;
- Encourage a close relationship with business partners to ensure that the quality and effectiveness of the service provided is improved;
- Innovation in the supply and work processes, improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
- Promote and ensure the necessary improvent of the processes, analyse and evaluate the performance of the overall system, in order to increase customer satisfaction;
- Monitor and evaluate quality objectives in order to improve the performance of the organization.
