Graucelcius has a Quality Management System.
This system is certified by the Bureau Veritas with the reference number NP EN ISO 9001:2000 and with the Certificate Nº 228945.
Quality Policy
Graucelsius- Engineering, Management and Planning Ltd. Established its Vision, Mission and Values in such a manner to consolidate and reinforce its organisational ethic, making it a reference point in terms of quality and performance. In this way the following points are defined as our guidelines as a working level for Quality:
- To evaluate and continually focus on the satisfaction of our clients, identifying their needs and expectation, continually adapting our offer of products and services;
- To encourage the valorisation of its staff, providing the adequate training to develop specialties, stimulate their capacity to take initiatives, to encourage personal motivation and to improve the final project.
- To instigate a close relationship with business partners to thus secure the improvement of both quality and efficiency of the required service;
- To encourage the continual improvement of the processes, offering greater security to the client and thus increasing the satisfaction of all involved parties;
- To monitor and evaluate the Quality objectives for the best final result possible from the company.
