Graucelsius has now three BUILDING ENERGY CERTIFICATION EXPERTS (PQ) relating to the National Building Energy Certification and Indoor Air Quality System (SCE). These experts are technicians with certified skills by each professional association in order to assure the responsibilities and needs, demanded by the National Building Energy Certification and Indoor Air Quality System. The experts qualification is associated with specific legislation in this field, namely the Regulations for Building Energy and Climatization Systems (RSECE-E and RSECE-QAI) and Building Thermic Behaviour Characteristics (RCCTE), enabling them to issue "Declarações de Conformidade Regulamentar" (DCR) for building construction permit applications, "Certificados Energéticos e da Qualidade do Ar Interior" for building occupancy permit applications, also required, for existing buildings and in every case of sale or rental.
